Halloween Preview

Claire is going to be a princess, of course. She chose Cinderella. Just a preview of everyone's costumes for Sunday night!

Pumpkin Patch- Take 2

We went to Union Springs on Sunday to their excellent pumpkin patch. Claire was a trooper considering we woke her up from a 30min nap in the car. Grandma, Granddaddy, and Mindy joined us too. Claire chose not to get another pumpkin because she said, "we already have one at home."

Pumpkin Patch- Take 1

We went to Jack-o-Lantern Lane last week with our playgroup. Claire eventually woke and had fun. We enjoyed a hayride, feeding some animals, picking out a pumpkin, and a picnic. Needless to say, she took a great nap!

Baby Street

We are so excited to be expecting our second baby. Our due date is April 4, 2011. The ultrasound today looked great! Everything is growing and developing like it should be. We feel incredibly blessed. We (mainly me) have chosen not to find out the gender until he/she arrives. I am fully confident that God will give us whatever we need to complete our family! God is so good!

Carving the Jack-o-Lantern

Claire had a fun time carving the jack-o-lantern. She liked the pumpkin guts but wouldn't touch them. She said he was a happy pumpkin. I think Bucky did a great job!

Claire's First Auburn Football Game

First time ever!

Pre-game

Claire enjoying some popcorn and her Auburn seat.

Daniel playing before the game.

War Eagle!

Claire and Daniel before the game.

For those of you who know us, we don't go to football games. We haven't been in years. To save our marriage, we stopped tailgating and attending games a long time ago. Well, we had gotten some free tickets to go with my sister and her family. They couldn't come last minute because Will was sick. So, without any persuasion Bucky still agreed to go to the game. It was a nice fall morning, but warmed up quickly. Claire had fun playing with Daniel before the game. She liked the pregame show and seeing Aubie. I enjoyed being back in the stadium. We made it through a whole quarter successfully. In fact, the only complaining came from Bucky! Hopefully Claire will get to go to more games in the future. War Eagle!

Friday Night Block Party

The Schumachers, Streets, and Petteys.
Cosby (8 & 1/2 months)

The Petteys

Claire rocking out to DJ Oz.

Getting her face painted.

Getting tired.

We had such a nice, fall evening with my parents at the block party this week. The weather is getting so nice. The DJ was actually great for the kids. We saw our friends, and Claire saw some of her from class/playgroup. It is such a great atmosphere for Auburn families. We look forward to going for years to come.

Montgomery Zoo

Claire started out grumpy and sleepy.
But she cheered up.

Especially when she saw Gran and PePaw were there.

Claire loved the big lion.

And the giraffes.

Natalie was the brave one and feed the giraffe first.

Claire stepped up, with PePaw's help.

And we even had a picnic.
Friday, our playgroup met at the Montgomery Zoo. Claire hasn't been to a zoo in over a year. My mom and dad met us there. Our group started big, but quickly split up. We enjoyed our morning before the weather got too hot. Claire had so much fun, she passed out in the car and slept for 3 and 1/2 hours! I wish the zoo was closer!
