Carla and Natalie going for a swim.This past weekend we rented a condo at Lake Martin with some of our friends. My dream is to one day own a lake condo/cabin. It is only about 40 minutes from our house to the lake. I know we would really enjoy it. We went up Friday after work. Our friends, Britton and Diana, and Mindy met us up there. We had a wonderful dinner and hung out. Saturday we went for a boat ride, swam in the pool, and went out to eat. I even took a nap with Claire. Sunday, our friends the Schoonover's, and Grandma, Granddaddy, and Mindy came. We all went for a boat ride and swam. Then we ate some hamburgers and took a quick nap. We had a really fun time, despite a whiny 2 year old that we couldn't make happy with anything. Poor thing. We found out she has a sinus infection, so I am sure that was the culprit. We look forward to many summers at the lake with our new boat.
