I realized that all the pictures I had taken of Claire this weekend were in her pajamas. We had a lot of fun playtime getting up in the mornings and winding down in the evenings. Claire is so sweet and fun. Thank you Bucky and Claire for a great weekend together. Sweet dreams!

Saturday was a great day together. We got up and played with Daddy for a little while. Then, Claire and I got dressed at went to the Harkins farm. It is very close to our house. They were doing some work so Bucky went to help. Claire and I visited for a little while and she got to ride the tractor. We came home and she took an hour nap. I am not sure what is going on with the nap schedule, but it is frustrating. We ate lunch and played some. After Bucky got home, we went over to our friends the Rolands house. They had us and two other families (the Matz & the Schoonovers) over to swim and cook hamburgers. All of the babies had fun, even considering their lack of naps. We had fun hanging out at their lovely house. We all had to leave kind of early due to whining. We had a great Saturday together. But, we definitely have to get this nap thing back to normal.

I realize I haven't posted in almost a month. Sorry I am little behind. As you can see, we stay busy. Claire is so much fun. We have been playing with our friends a lot lately. She likes to get out of the house and go places. We try to see our playgroup friends about once a week. Those mommies and babies are such a blessing to us. I enjoy the company so much and it is really helping Claire's social interaction. Claire is really good a entertaining herself for short periods of time. She loves to play with her friends, but especially NaNa (Natalie). She is sweet to her friends, shares, and gives lots of hugs & kisses. Her sweet little personality amazes me every day. I love my time with her and seeing her develop into a little lady.

Happy 16 months Claire!

15 months old

We went yesterday for Claire's 15 month check up. It is so hard to believe how fast she is growing! We got a good report and some booster shots. I can't say enough what a blessing Claire has been in the past 15 months. She fills my day with joy and excitement. She is so sweet and loving. She has gotten really good a giving kisses and saying thank you. I am a very proud mother!

Claire and I enjoyed a wonderful trip to Destin with Mr. and Mrs. Street. We stayed in the same complex as Bucky's cousins and aunt (the Streits). We had so much fun. Claire really enjoyed playing with her cousins and on the beach. We enjoyed a lot of good food and company. As always, the Streets were more than generous. Thank you to everyone for making it such a fun trip. Can't wait until next year!

We had a fun weekend in Bham with my whole side of the family. We went up Friday afternoon to stay with my mom and dad for the weekend. We mostly played at Gran and PePaw's house and ate out some. We went Saturday morning to the Farmer's Market at Ross Bridge. It was fun and low key. I would recommend it to anyone who lives close. We enjoyed seeing our cousin, Rusty, who lives in Virginia now. I haven't seen him since our wedding (I think). He came Saturday with his wife and step-son. That was a nice visit. We went to eat Mexican food Saturday night. We always have fun when our whole family is together. It is a lot more hectic with all of the kids, but we love it. You can see Claire's face in most of the pictures is confused. She is used to quiet adults so when she is around active little boys, she makes some faces! Claire and I left Sunday to go to the beach with the Street/Streit side of the family. I will post some pictures of it tomorrow or Friday. We had a great time with all of our family. We are more than blessed and happy to be home safe!
